How long does it usually take to complete an order?
Depending on type of order. Average order processing time (from design to shipping) is 8-10 weeks. Once we finalize all design details and printing layout, production of your order will take 3-6 weeks. Some services like Custom artwork and Hand addressing of your Envelopes will require extra time to complete, please plan ahead.
Is there minimum order required?
There is no minimum quantity required. We believe no celebration is too small or too big. If you need 10 or 400 invitations, we'll be happy to work with you. However we do ask for minimum order total of $50.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, we do. Orders with production time of 3 weeks or less are treated as rush orders and subject to additional fees of $50 minimum. Each order is unique. Depending on type and style of stationery you choose, some orders naturally can be processed in less than 3 weeks with no additional charge. Please contact Rimma for more details.
Are Fonts and Wording the only options to customize my order?
Not at all! Each order is custom tailored to your specific requests and desires. Any ideas and suggestions are always welcome. For example: If you like one of my artworks, but would like to see the invitation in a different assembly I will be happy to do it. Options of paper type and color, ribbons, layout and assembly, envelopes... anything is possible. Your invitations will be as unique as you are.
Will I receive hard copy of a final proof before my invitations are printed?
Yes! A proof will be created and e-mailed to you for review and approval. All necessary changes will be made until you are completely satisfied with printing layout. At your preference we can also mail a hard copy of final proof to you at no extra charge (1 copy only, additional copy is $10).
