How long does it usually take to complete an order?
Once I receive your approval on all details, printing and assembly will take 10-21 days. Some services like Custom artwork and Hand addressing of your Envelopes will require extra time to complete, so please plan ahead. Rush orders are also available.
Will I receive hard copy of a final proof before my invitations are printed?
Yes! A proof will be created and e-mailed to you for review and approval. All necessary changes will be made until you are completely satisfied with printing layout. At your preference we can also mail the final proof to you at no extra charge.
Are Fonts and Wording the only options to customize my order?
Not at all! Each order is custom tailored to your specific requests and desires. Any ideas and suggestions are always welcome. For example: If you like one of my artworks, but would like to see the invitation in a different assembly I will be happy to do it. Options of paper type and color, ribbons, layout and assembly, envelopes... anything is possible. Your invitations will be as unique as you are.
I am not comfortable with providing my credit card information on-line. Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes. In any way it is convenient for you, plus we can discuss the details on your order right then. Please call Rimma at 808-281-4691. Also, please note that our web site is built with 100% security when it comes to providing your personal and credit card information. Your credit card will not be charged until I personally confirm every detail with you
