Order process
  1. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you to confirm details and then immediately start processing your order. 25% of your order total ( $50 minimum) as a deposit is required to begin the process. On orders with total less than $100.00 full deposit is required upfront.
  2. A proof will be created and e-mailed to you for review and approval within 48 hours. All necessary changes will be made until you are completely satisfied with printing layout. At your preference we can also mail the final proof to you at no extra charge.
  3. Upon approval of final proof we immediately start the printing and assembling process. Please note no changes will be accepted after this point; remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.
  4. Your order will be completed and shipped within 10-21 business days after final proof acceptance.
  5. Projected time-frames are different when creation of a new handpainted artwork , graphic design, custom guest book or hand-calligraphy are requested.
Invitations Samples Samples are available (for Invitations only) $15/set. Sample set includes Invitation, Reply card, Thank you card and envelopes. Any Sample cost will be later subtracted from the total of your Stationery order when order total is $150.00 or more. We'll mail the sample within 7 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Takes 3-5 bus.days within US and up to 14 days International-wide. Need sooner? let us know (additional charges for Express delivery may apply).
Minimum orders We ask for a minimum order on all types of products of $50.00. However we do take personal approach to every order or request as we believe no special event is too big or too small and we suggest to contact us with any questions. To qualify for any discount or special your order must be no less than $150.00.
Errors It is the customer's responsibility to make sure information provided to personalize and to customize your order such as names, event details, etc. is absolutely correct and accurate. You must notify us about any error within 72 hours after receiving you order. If an error is your (client’s) mistake, correction of it (which is reproduction) will be made with the charge of the original amount for the item(s) plus shipping. If an error is made on our part we shall reprint and express ship those items to you at no cost.

we accept Visa , Master card, Discover, american Express
We accept cash (US Dollars), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, Money Orders or US Bank Certified checks. Please note payment by check will result in delay of project until the customer's check has been received and processed through our financial institution (5-14 banks' business days). We do not accept personal checks.

Shipping & Handling Unless you inform us to the contrary; we will ship your order via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Door-to-door service is ± 3 to 5 days for all 50 United States. Upon your request, we can also ship FedEx, UPS or arrange for hand-delivery. We will adjust the shipping & handling fee accordingly. Shipping is free on orders shipped within state of Hawaii and on orders over $1000 (USA and Canada only). Also, see monthly specials for discounts. Shipments to Canada & Foreign Countries shall also be Air Delivery, however it might take longer since your package must pass through Customs. We recycle when ship.
Hawaii State Tax The Island of Maui (State of Hawaii) levies a 4.167% Gross Excise Tax on merchandise delivered to purchasers within the State of Hawaii. It is waived for purchasers outside the State of Hawaii.
Returns No returns or exchanges are accepted on customized/personalized items.
